Everybody wants to have so-called “six-pack abs”, so here are some advice for you all.

download (1)So, what’s the best strategy for banishing belly-fat? Some experts say that, during our diet, most of us (99%) tend to lose weight in the abdominal region, because visceral fat (i.e. the kind tucked deep inside the waistline) is more metabolically active and easier to lose than subcutaneous fat under the skin, especially if you have plenty of it. A recent study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition showed that diet with whole grains helps trim extra fat. Eating a diet rich in whole grains while reducing refined carbohydrates changes the glucose and insulin response and makes it easier to mobilize fat stores. The good news is that whole grains are rich in fibers that keep us fed.

There’s a diet that I recommended to my friend, and I’d recommend it to you all, too. It is based on 4 meals that should be taken in on every 4 hours. Nutritive value of every meal is 400 kcal. And I repeat- it is essential to eat those meals every 4 hours! By decreasing daily intake on 1.600 kcal surely will lead to losing belly fat. Another advice I can give you about this diet is to drink at least 2 liters of water a day. Instead of water you can drink any unsweetened herbal tea.

And here’s a suggestion for your daily menu: donut-caution-600x450

BREAKFAST (at 8 AM): 200g of cereals, 100g pineapple

LUNCH (at 12 AM): 100g chicken meat, 100g mushrooms with 1      spoon of extra- virgin olive oil, and 100g of cooked integral rice

SNACK (at 16 PM): 100g pineapple, a glass of low fat milk, 100g of    hazelnuts, walnuts, or sunflower kernels.

DINNER (at 20 PM): 100g salmon with the beans salad, or the green    beans salad, with a tbsp of virgin olive oil.

Some ingredients that are good for this diet are:
