Everything that you need is just a little bit organization: before going to bed, mix ingredients in a bowl and leave them soak overnight. Basic recipe
Each one of these ideas has the same base, made of granola and dairy products. Mix them in a bowl in the evening, before going to bed, leave in the fridge and in the morning you just add different fruits, flavors, nuts…, and here is a recipe:
- 1/3 cup of oats
- 1 spoon of chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of milk (according to your taste)
- 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
Bananas and walnuts
This excellent combo will wake you up immediately and give you a portion of energy to go through the day. In the basic recipe, you’ll add:
- 2 tsp of maple syrup or honey
- 3 tsp of almond butter
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 handful of walnuts (or other type of nuts that you prefer)
Blueberries and lemon
This fantastic combination boosts your energy levels and gives you that feeling of lightness. Add to your base these ingredients and enjoy your meal:
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 spoons blueberry jam
- a handful of fresh blueberries
- grated lemon skin
Strawberries and chocolate
This is all time favorite combination is made this way: (base is the same)
- 2 tsp of honey
- 1 tsp of cacao
- fresh strawberries, chopped
- a bit of grated dark chocolate
Carrots and almonds
This is one very interesting combo, we like it a lot. If you haven’t tried it yet, we recommend it! You need:
- 2 tsp of honey
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 3 tsp of grated carrots (1-2 small/medium carrots)
- a handful of almonds or walnuts
Pina colada
Something that we believe will blow your mind! So exotic, so yummy! You will need:
- 2 tsp chopped almonds
- 2 tsp chopped pineapples
- 1 tsp coconut shreds
