Here is my recipe, nothing complicated, nothing spicy!

Healthy-Grilled-Fish-In-Foil-Recipes__IMG_1901-320x480Take as much fish as you need (according to the number of your guests), clean and wash it, and put it aside to dry. When it is dried, salt it and add a little of oregano, basil, rosemary, or what you like. In the meantime, heat your oven on 200°C. In order to keep fish as healthier as possible, and to avoid losing valuable substances, I recommend to wrap it in the aluminum foil. Then put it in your oven for about half an hour to 45 minutes, but check it from time to time, to avoid over-baking.

When it’s finished put it out, and serve it with lemon and a dressing that you’ll make from 2 tablespoons of dry, white wine, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a little garlic and parsley. Also, add a little lemon juice in your dressing, to improve its flavor. If you like, you can add white vinegar instead of wine, but it’s on you and your taste to decide. Personally, I don’t like vinegar, so I always go for wine.

potatoes-524495_640Also, take as many potatoes as you need, wash it and put it in the oven right beside your fish. Do not peel it. It should be baked within half an hour. You can take it out if it is finished before the fish. You’ll peel it later, when it will be less hot. And everyone will salt it according to their own taste.


Salad could really be whatever you have- some seasonal salad, without any dressing or anything added except for olive oil. It is especially useful for people on diet, because it gives the organism certain vitamins and minerals that are not dissoluble in oil but are dissoluble in water (such as vitamin C). Serve dry, white wine; it matches fish perfectly. It also doesn’t have many calories, which is also great!

After that, your desert can really be only seasonal fruit, or you can make seasonal fruit salad, which means: fruits+ cream on top. Yes, it really means extra calories and sugar, but what the hell! It’s not the end of the world. One sin doesn’t count!

So, all in all, you’ll prepare a delicious, low-fat dinner for you and your friends in a less than 2 hours.
