Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie

Another great smoothie that we want to share with you, guys! It can be a substitute for your meal because it is very nutritious. Vitamins K, A, C, and B6 from banana; than more vitamin C, Iron and Calcium from mango; niacin, folates and Pantothenic Acid from peanut butter; and all the vitamins and minerals from milk- promise a good, healthy meal and a portion of energy!

images (6)What you’ll need for this one is:

1.    250 ml skimmed milk
2.    1 banana
3.    1 medium size mango
4.    1 tablespoon peanut butter

Blend together all the ingredients. You can add a few ice-cubes to chill if it is too hot and to get a silky, satisfying smoothie. Decorate with mango slices, if you like.
